GJZS- 1 series high-force shale shakers for drilling liquid (here inafter called shale shakers) are the new products of our company, which we made use of international technology to design and produce. They are widely used in oil-field drilling, petroleum chemical, mine etc. its features are as following:
1.Linear motion, motive speed is quick high amplitude, maximum rated force is > 5.5G , separating capacity between liquid and solid is maximum
2.The screens are all slicked and hooked, good tension installation type. Therefore maintenance and cleaning are a very convenient, their life is long
3.The adjusting system consists of hydraulic system. By hand we can easily and quickly raise or lower the screen from -3°to +6°to fit various conditions
4.The adoption of mud cushion and homogenous running reduces the scouring for screen and prolong its service life as a result
